Odyssey Intercultural is a consultancy provider devoted to advising and training individuals in the art of intercultural (or cross-cultural) management, with a specialization in European-North American relations.

Odyssey Intercultural’s philosophy is based on one key humanistic value: empathy. By cultivating and practicing an ethics of empathy, the intercultural divide becomes much easier to bridge. With empathy as our starting-point and ultimate goal, our mission is to help individuals develop the tools necessary to effectively interact in intercultural contexts, using practical means to cultivate and ultimately achieve an open, receptive, and empathetic mindset.
