Who We Are

We are here to help organizations, teams, and individuals become more effective in their professional communications with people of other cultures. Organizations request intercultural training for a variety of reasons, including:
  • The recognition that all organizations — whether multinationals or SME’s — face cultural change. Some deal with the clash between national cultures, some tangle with divergent corporate cultures, as in the case of mergers, and many manage both simultaneously.
  • In the globalized, 24/7, digital environment we live in, adapting, managing, and acquiring new tools in order to meet corporate objectives is an absolute imperative.
  • Most cross-functional teams (CFTs) are organized across continents, with different time zones, radically diverse time and project management standards, and general expectations. Learning how to best manage remote, culturally diverse teams is now an absolute imperative for most companies.
